Today was a proud day for Bridge of Hope and Mustang made it possible! The job of painting our rusty chain-linked fence to hang our church sign was a whole days work for a few of our church people but not for the teens of Mustang. It looks amazing and our signs are now hung for all the neighborhood to see and identify when we go out and talk to people. They also planted some tall grass around the perimeter of the fence. As if beautifying our property wasn’t enough the began cleaning up the abandon lots across the street. The improvement of these yards WILL bring pride to the neighborhood and we thank them for being willing to do that. The personal stories our endless of the people that the teens and leaders have met in the neighborhood but those I’m sure will filter out when they get home. Another large job that got done was the ripping out of the rest of the molded wet drywall that was in both bathrooms and in the hallway. We could never express our gratitude and are so excited how God is moving. Pressing on when the going gets tough will be a little easier when we remember the heart and efforts of Mustang, OK
A much deserved trip to Six Flags ended their day and more memories were made!
